Chiara R. Corliss
Chiara, an Associate in the firm's Planned Real Estate Development Department, focuses her practice on the preparation of governing documents for residential communities as well as applications for registration with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs pursuant to the Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act. These governing documents include declarations of covenants, master deeds, bylaws of nonprofit condominium and homeowners’ associations and certificates of incorporation. She also represents developers with their out-of-state registration applications with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission. Her practice encompasses the registration of a wide range of residential properties, including high-rises, mid-rises, fee-simple attached and detached homes and other residential housing types.
Chiara’s work also includes the preparation of commercial, industrial, and office condominium governing documents. She also specializes in drafting and negotiating complex easement agreements on behalf of her clients with adjacent property owners, municipalities and other parties necessary for the development of residential and commercial properties.
She is also a part of the broader Real Estate Department and works on commercial real estate transactions.
