    Dawn is a shareholder and member of the firm’s Real Estate, Planned Real Estate Development, Redevelopment, and Banking and Commercial Lending Practice Groups. Dawn focuses her practice on all facets of real estate including the preparation of governing documents for planned real estate developments, real estate acquisition, sale, financing and leasing.  

    Prior to joining the Firm, Dawn focused on title insurance and all aspects of real estate transactions including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and sales. Her previous legal experience was with an insurance defense firm focusing on residential and commercial construction defect claims.
