Our insurance coverage litigation includes claims arising from environmental contamination, natural disasters such as fires and hurricanes, disabling health conditions, worker's compensation, auto and trucking liability and bad faith handling of insurance claims. We have successfully challenged improper premium charges imposed by insurers under worker's compensation and other insurance policies. Michael J.
