The attorneys in the Planned Real Estate Development Practice Area have a keen understanding of the different legal requirements for each type of planned community. They have assisted in the development of a variety of planned unit developments such as active adult and retirement housing, golf course and resort communities, hotels, mixed-use projects, professional and commercial office complexes, industrial parks and apartment building conversions.
