Michael P. Castore
Michael focuses his practice on a variety of environmental and land use matters. He navigates his clients through the land use approval process and related environmental matters at the municipal, county, state and federal levels. Michael’s practice includes remediation, development, redevelopment, zoning, business counseling and corporate transactions. He also handles environmental permitting and regulatory compliance involving wetlands, coastal/CAFRA areas, riparian/tidelands law, flood hazard areas, water quality, solid and hazardous waste remediation, and underground storage tanks.
