    NAIOP NJ Honors GH&C Attorneys for Roles as Co-Counsel in Office Deal of the Year

    GH&C attorneys J. Scott Anderson and Chiara Mancini have been recognized for their work as co-counsel (condominium counsel) on the Office Deal of the Year 2023 by the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP.

    Scott and Chiara served as co-counsel (condominium counsel) when Latitude, a 700,000-square-foot office complex owned by Rubenstein Partners LP and Vision Real Estate Partners, located in Parsippany, was converted into a commercial office condominium. A portion of the commercial office condominium was conveyed to Avis Budget Group.

    NAIOP New Jersey announced the honors at its 36th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala on May 18 at The Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset. More information is available here.
