    Firm Culture

A common concern among new associates is developing a meaningful career without sacrificing quality of life. Employment at The Giordano Firm affords new associates a unique opportunity for both. A young associate is able to develop in the practice area of his or her choice amidst a friendly atmosphere while having the time to enjoy life outside the firm.

Each new associate is provided with a mentor to facilitate his or her personal growth. The mentoring process is designed to provide new associates with practice development and supervision and to facilitate overall job satisfaction. Through this mentoring program, all associates are immediately provided with client contact and hands-on opportunities. All attorneys are further encouraged to strengthen their practice development through firm sponsored local and out of state continuing legal education programs. Our attorneys are both challenged and supported in their efforts to develop new client business through participation in professional organizations as well as community, charitable and/or religious groups. Moreover, new attorneys are asked to serve as lead counsel in various pro bono matters which the firm undertakes.

The Giordano Firm facilitates a pleasant work environment through weekly attorney dinners, Friday breakfasts, offsite family gatherings and an overall sense of camaraderie and support.

New associates at the firm are able to develop a meaningful practice in a friendly environment while still having time to take advantage of all the Jersey Shore has to offer.
