GH&C; Attorneys Obtain Approval to Convert Age Restrictions of a Townhouse Project

September 15, 2011 Attorneys from GH&C; represented Javin, L.P. in obtaining approval from the Little Silver Borough Planning Board to permit the conversion of a townhouse project from age-restricted to all ages. The application was brought before the Board and had significant community response. Craig M. Gianetti, Esq. did extensive research concerning the unique issues applied to the conversation statute application in the Little Silver hearing. There were numerous objectors, including a State Assemblyman, who spoke of the anticipated failures of the Legislation.John A. Giunco, Esq. presented the application and the Board unanimously granted the approval after two (2) lengthy and contentious hearings. The application was designed to address the issues created by the current economic emergency and the real estate market conditions.
